Love empowers us to do amazing things…When you are in love, and loved in return, not only do you glow internally, but also the entire World around you seems better. At the same time you have that internal strength, the power to change the World around you. Love empowers us to do the great things and to share your soul, your heart, and your beliefs with everyone around you. So, when you are at your best, when you are at the highest point of your life, when you are in love – share, be kind, love others and make this World a little better and give people around you a gift of your smile!

We went to Luray caverns… It is just a magical and majestic place…There once was an ocean here many, many years ago and when the water drained away, Nature decided that it will leave something beautiful for us to see and remind us – this world is so precious… So, it built these amazing caves. As precipitation of different minerals started to collect, they formed rings at the ceiling of the cavern and slowly, slowly stalactites formed…They are like arrows pointing to the center of our beautiful Earth reminding us – this is our beginning and our end. As water drips down from the ceiling, it rises to meet a stalagmite that's been growing up from the floor trying to break out of the caverns to the endless sky. So, go and see this silent kingdom of stone: almost translucent drapes hanging from the ceiling; dry fish in the fish market; even sunny-side up eggs if you are hungry. And if you want food for your soul – listen to the Organ that was built in to one of the caves… You get absolutely mesmerized by the beauty of the underground lake surrounded by almost mystical statues, by the magnificence of Mother Nature and by the near silence with the sound only of drops of water hard at work…

I joined Nia classes recently… It is truly a fantastic experience! Your body slowly gets into the groove, with every move, with every breath, with every stretch… You feel like you are flying – not just dancing, you are in some other non-earthly element, opening and sharing your body and your soul with the Universe, with the others who are opened to it. It is not only about dancing, but also about freedom of letting your soul pour into the studio and ability to share your energy; it is about the healing touch of music; it is about daring your body to do things that you did not think were possible. And at the end – your body repays you with the calmness of a still Ocean: no pains, no concerns, and no worries – just you and the music, one-on-one, free dance of beauty and healing, lost in the magic of movement, in the room full of people, but yet – you are comfortably alone, dancing away – towards your dreams and your future, towards a better you in the better World!…

If you normally don't pay attention to the World around you – please stop and take a look at all the amazing and beautiful trees that surround you. And you will wonder – how would you handle the inescapable inability to move anywhere? You can grow – but only up; you can prosper – but only in this particular space; you are moving, but, if you look at everything closer, it is just an illusion of movement…Seasons change, trees change, but nothing really changes…Is that how our lives are? – We think we are moving forward... Day by day, we are trying to grow, and at the same time, somehow, we stay the same and our surroundings rarely change... nothing really changes… Are we like trees? Lonely souls, which are just trying to survive? Day after day, season after season… On the other hand – look at the beauty of those trees, think of how inspirational they are, and how much we miss them in the winter time. Maybe it is our purpose as well – to inspire someone in our life, encourage them to be a better person, cheer them up when they wake up in the morning…It's not bad, is it? – if we can make our loved ones just a little happier every day, putting light smiles on their faces... Isn't that happiness?
